By making a booking or staying at Wellness Woodlands Campsite (“the Site”), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These rules help protect our guests, the environment, and the peaceful nature of our woodland setting.

1. General Conduct

  • Wellness Woodlands is a quiet, nature-focused campsite. Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

  • Excessive noise, antisocial behaviour, or actions that disturb other guests or wildlife will not be tolerated.

  • Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave the Site without refund if these terms are breached.

2. Noise & Quiet Hours

  • Strictly no music after 11:00 pm, including amplified music, speakers, radios, and musical instruments.

  • Quiet hours run from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise must be kept to an absolute minimum during this time.

  • Please remember that sound travels easily in woodland areas.

3. Rubbish & Recycling

  • All rubbish must be disposed of correctly before departure.

  • Guests must leave their pitch and any communal areas clean and tidy.

  • Do not leave food waste outside, as it attracts wildlife.

  • Fly-tipping or leaving rubbish behind may result in a cleaning charge.

  • The grey bin is located at the top of the site next to the wheelbarrow station.

4. Children & Parental Responsibility

  • Children are very welcome; however, parents and guardians are fully responsible for their welfare, behaviour, and safety at all times.

  • The Site is a natural woodland environment and includes uneven ground, trees, wildlife, and water features.

5. Ponds & Water Hazards

  • Ponds are located around the Site; some are roped off or fenced.

  • These measures act as deterrents only and do not remove risk.

  • Children must be supervised at all times near water.

  • Entering ponds or fenced/roped-off areas is strictly prohibited.

6. Lighting & Environmental Protection

  • The Site operates with minimal lighting to protect wildlife and maintain a natural atmosphere.

  • Only low-level, environmentally sensitive lighting may be used at night.

  • Bright floodlights, high-powered torches, or excessive artificial lighting are not permitted.

  • Guests are encouraged to use soft lanterns or head torches that complement the woodland environment.

  • The Site covers 20 acres. Guests may choose where to pitch; however, cars are only permitted on the Site on arrival and departure to drop off/pick up belongings if ground conditions allow. No vehicle access is permitted if the grass is too wet.

  • Trolleys and wheelbarrows are available to transport luggage when the ground is unsuitable for vehicles.

6a. Workshops & The Nest

  • Workshops, classes, or wellbeing activities may take place in The Nest.

  • Guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels around The Nest, especially during scheduled sessions.

  • Quiet and respectful behaviour is appreciated to support the experience of all participants.

7. Fires & Barbecues

  • Fires and barbecues are only permitted in designated areas and must be supervised at all times.

  • All fires must be fully extinguished before being left unattended or before departure.

  • Do not burn rubbish, plastics, or food waste.

  • If the ground is too dry, the Site reserves the right to prohibit fire pits for safety reasons.

8. Wildlife & Nature

  • Do not disturb wildlife, plants, or trees.

  • Cutting branches, damaging trees, or removing natural materials is prohibited.

  • Feeding wildlife is not permitted.

8a. Dogs
