Wellness Woodlands is a quiet, nature-focused campsite. Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times.
Excessive noise, antisocial behaviour, or actions that disturb other guests or wildlife will not be tolerated.
Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave the Site without refund if these terms are breached.
Strictly no music after 11:00 pm, including amplified music, speakers, radios, and musical instruments.
Quiet hours run from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise must be kept to an absolute minimum during this time.
Please remember that sound travels easily in woodland areas.
All rubbish must be disposed of correctly before departure.
Guests must leave their pitch and any communal areas clean and tidy.
Do not leave food waste outside, as it attracts wildlife.
Fly-tipping or leaving rubbish behind may result in a cleaning charge.
The grey bin is located at the top of the site next to the wheelbarrow station.
Children are very welcome; however, parents and guardians are fully responsible for their welfare, behaviour, and safety at all times.
The Site is a natural woodland environment and includes uneven ground, trees, wildlife, and water features.
Ponds are located around the Site; some are roped off or fenced.
These measures act as deterrents only and do not remove risk.
Children must be supervised at all times near water.
Entering ponds or fenced/roped-off areas is strictly prohibited.
The Site operates with minimal lighting to protect wildlife and maintain a natural atmosphere.
Only low-level, environmentally sensitive lighting may be used at night.
Bright floodlights, high-powered torches, or excessive artificial lighting are not permitted.
Guests are encouraged to use soft lanterns or head torches that complement the woodland environment.
The Site covers 20 acres. Guests may choose where to pitch; however, cars are only permitted on the Site on arrival and departure to drop off/pick up belongings if ground conditions allow. No vehicle access is permitted if the grass is too wet.
Trolleys and wheelbarrows are available to transport luggage when the ground is unsuitable for vehicles.
Workshops, classes, or wellbeing activities may take place in The Nest.
Guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels around The Nest, especially during scheduled sessions.
Quiet and respectful behaviour is appreciated to support the experience of all participants.
Fires and barbecues are only permitted in designated areas and must be supervised at all times.
All fires must be fully extinguished before being left unattended or before departure.
Do not burn rubbish, plastics, or food waste.
If the ground is too dry, the Site reserves the right to prohibit fire pits for safety reasons.
Do not disturb wildlife, plants, or trees.
Cutting branches, damaging trees, or removing natural materials is prohibited.
Feeding wildlife is not permitted.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, as some guests may be nervous around dogs.
Owners are fully responsible for their pets.
All dog mess must be picked up and disposed of appropriately.
Dogs causing disturbance, excessive noise, or aggression may be asked to leave the Site.

Drunken, disruptive, or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
Please be respectful of families, other guests, and the peaceful nature of the Site.
Alcohol must not contribute to noise disturbances, especially during quiet hours.
Guests stay at the Site at their own risk.
