Sacred Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony

Join us inside the barn at the magical Wellness Woodlands in Highly,  near Bridgnorth, as we welcome in the new Autumn season with a cosy  afternoon candle lit ceremony.

All that's required of you is to completely relax on your yoga mat as  we guide you through a beautiful sacred ritual meditation with a  nourishing mug of ceremonial grade cacao, followed by a sound bath with  channelled ethereal vocals, to help you journey deeper into your heart,  relax your mind and connect with your spirit.

Cacaoista Deb Nicholls of Empowering Circle, will be creating a  special candle lit altar and guiding you on a very special and unique  journey to meet the spirit of Mama Cacao.

You will receive a nourishing hot cup of blessed sacred chocolate  (vegan recipe) from the Ashaninka tribe of Peru as you're guided through  a beautiful meditation to set your intentions, followed by channelled  sound journey with vocal tones and frequencies of Sound Facilitator  Andrea Baines, as she plays the sounds of crystal singing bowls,  shamanic drumming, and other sound healing instruments to calm and  balance the mind, body and spirit.

You may wish to bring a small item to place on the altar to be  blessed during the ceremony (eg a crystal, a piece of jewellery, a  flower, or a deity that you connect to).

Ceremonial Cacao is an ancient and very gentle South American plant  medicine that takes us into a deeper state of relaxation and meditation.  It is pure, raw chocolate (no added sugar or milks, and suitable for  vegans).

Ceremonial Cacao is not psychodelic... (just in case you were  wondering) and is not like regular hot chocolate. It has a strong,  bitter and creamy chocolate taste, which personally I really love.

As well as having many therapeutic properties, which Deb will talk  about, cacao is a beautiful heart opener, helping us to connect with the  truth of who we are and hear our own inner voice more clearly, and  supporting you on your journey.
